AARON MACCARLEY

Aaron MacCarley is a Milwaukee-based filmmaker and photographer working across documentary, narrative, and performance production— from intimate concert films to large-scale live events. His work is driven by a documentary filmmaker's eye and a commitment to authentic human experience.

His debut feature, Sunflowers in the Rain, is an award-winning documentary produced in Ukraine during the ongoing war. The film premiered at North Hollywood Cinefest 2024, where MacCarley took home Best Director for a Feature Film.
